I've been using the vanilla flavor mixed in milk for the past few months but want to change to mixing with water for assimilation purposes. Which ON flavor is best when mixing with water? the vanilla is terrible IMO mixed with water but great in milk.

The chocolate was OK with water. Much prefer it with skimmed milk, though, for taste.

the chocolate is good with a water and milk mix 50/50. Thats what I used to do. Its not the best but uts a lot better that the vanilla.

I've used 50/50 milk/water, too, when I'm fed up with that bloaty lactose feeling from my shakes

Its not great,but its not bad, I just mix 2 scoops in about 7oz of water so I can just chug it real quick,k still mixes good. But nothing beats ON in milk man, I actually enjoy drinking my choclate and milk shakes.

THere's really no different in taste for me. But hey, I'm weird. I just use water for post-workout and when I get home from basedktball for quick absorpition, and milk for pre-workout.

on doesn't taste great anyways.
It's an ok tasting protein, definatly edible for sure, but nothing great. It's cheap.

I love the taste of ON Chocolate w water...I do 2 scoops w 10oz water several times a day and I never get sick of it. However nectar does taste 100x better but its spendy as hell...

Thanks for the replies, I found a decent way to mix the vanilla w/water. Toss a scoop of tangy orange V2 in and shake. Certainly better than ON and water alone.

I always mix my whey with water, due to milk upsetting my stomach slightly. All Opt. Nut. flavors taste great in water.
