    Dips for Chest...Do you have a partner hold your feet back?

    I was wondering because it is kinda hard to lean in real forward to focus on those lower pecs.

    I find it hard when doing it with added weight.

    Curl your feet like L's and cross your feet over each other. Put your head down. That's all the lean you need just lsightly. You'll notice with Tricep dips your hands are behind you and your perfectly straight up and down.

    and do you do tricep dips on tri day? when you do themthe only difference is your body being perfectly vertical, right?

    only difference should be head positioning (down/straight forward) and a slight shift in body position. no need to fold up into a bananna like lots seem to do- imho that's a good way to ask for shoulder injuries
