i have constanly hard nipples. its annoying when wearing a tight or thin shirt. anyone have this problem or have any solutions. thanks.

im 21 and male. unfortuantely without being female and having tits, hard nipples arent an assett, so going farrahs route isnt an option for me. just wondering if any topical creams soften and relax the skin, besides moisturizers.

I have the same problem bro, although I never had the problem before I started working out. Actually, I like my constantly hard nipples, at first it was kinda weird, and a lot of my buddies give me **** for it "Hey BigCasino is it cold out here or is it just you?" but I have had more then one hottie tell me that my nips were actually kinda sexy =P
If you gained some bodyfat on your chest I am sure they would soften up, but just remember, things could be worse!!

All kidding aside, Just as they said earlier, Hard nips are fine! They actualy give you a more muscular chest look! In fact you should try and show them more. Cut some holes in your shirt or something! Good Luck!

Actually I have a theory on this...and sad I am a very sad and bored individual for have a theory on hard nipples. Basically I believe that when nipples are soft they retract somewhat into the fleshy tissue of the peck or more simply put...fat. Now, if a guy has not fat or extremly little fat behind his nipple then it has nothing to retract into. I had a friend with an awsome set of pecks (god that sounds gay) and he too had constantly hard nipples. Now there are some who also believe that the nipple is make up of a kind of muscle and when you work out your chest it also works them out. Only problem I have with that theory is how come you can't "Work out" your penis and make it constantly hard. *Looks back at his post and blinks* Jesus I need a hobby.

I think the answer is that it's not a problem.
I can see hard nipples on a fat guy being a problem. But hard nipples on a skinny or muscular guy isn't.
I think girls will like it. They'll probably associate erect and hard nipples with other parts of your body.
I actually prefer it when mine are hard. When they're soft, they're more puffy looking. I'm a fairly muscular guy compared to most people, and I'd hate to have people thinking I have gyno because "he must do steriods". (I'm not, but even if I was, I don't want people thinking that).
But hard nipples look good on me. Like I'm a tiger ready to pounce!
When I was going through puberty and beyond, I had hard nipples often. I remember being afraid I was going to grow breasts when I was 14 LoL. Eventually they got softer. Kinda like my belly now. LoL
I'd recommend you using it to your advantage. Market it as an asset. If a girl sees that you're proud of it, she'll be impressed too (cuz she doesn't know if she's supposed to like it or not). But if you're embarrassed, she'll think it must be a bad thing.

I know im bumping a very old thread but what if having hard nipples is a problem? Mine get hard when I workout and do cardio and often get irritated because they rub against my shirt. Its actually painful after awhile.
Atm, Im only taking Shock Therapy, Storm, Lipo 6, and glutamine, creatine.
