Anyways, fantasyfeeders are people who love being overweight and talk about ways to gain fat so on and so on....They love being fat and jelley rolls...whatever.

There is also scientific evidence that being fat actually has many advantages. Belly fat has stores of macro****es (the big killer T (immune) cells) which shows that fat people have a low level of infection at all times but what if it's something more like those T-cells are more available to fight disease which may explain the very strong immune systems observed on many very fat people.

I should know this from my own personal experiences, because it's been over 20 years since I had a flue or any allergies, and over 10 years since the last time I even had a common cold! At 5 ft 6 in and 370 pounds, I'm at least 220 pounds overweight.

There is also some evidence to show that we fat people have a higher resistance to radiation, so fat people would be more likely to survive a nuclear war, and we also have a higher resistance to toxic chemicals in the environment.

But one has to search really hard for these more fat positive articles, because today it is considered "politically incorrect" that anyone, God forbid, should say anything positive about being fat.

wello, from what I gather, they reckon they ca avaoid these things. they advise each other not to eat too much sugar to avoid diabetes, and to excercise. I'm not sure what consitutes 'excercise' though

I think people that diet only to lose weight, usually more like fasting then dieting, do more harm to themselves than good. Activity is the key. If you are lazy and have a bad diet you will be fat. Plain and simple. It's an obvious eventuality.
I have read exactly the opposite though(I'll try to find the studies and provide link with an edit soon). It's healthier to be skinny than fat or muscular. The less food you consume the less stress on your internal organs. By means of processing less food. Having less structure to provide for during stress, exercise, sleep ect. Why did my boney a*s start workin out after hearing this? Cause I don't like being a bone rack. But I DEFINITELY don't ever wanna be fat.
Fat people don't necessarily HAVE to DIET. They just need to be more active. IMO.
