I'm not vegan, but 90% of the time I don't eat meat or dairy (fish every couple weeks).
The main staples in my diet are beans, brown rice, oats, nuts, seeds, avacados, dried fruit, raw fruits and vegetables.
www.veganfitness.net is a good site to look into.

Im a vegan (about 80-90%). Im trying to switch to all raw foods also. This is a good link for raw food recipes, if you were interested.

I eat alot of spinach. My diet is mostly spinach, cucumbers, radishes, broccoli, and other raw veggies. I use olive oil as salad dressing. I eat alot of fruit (try kiwi...its cheap and has tons of vitamins. 5 times the vit C of an orange) and lots of salads. I also take organic spirulina and chlorella, for the vitamins.Last edited by TonyS.; 08-30-2007 at 05:46 PM. Reason: misspell (sp?)

Fully vegan šŖ best shape of my life. Itās crazy how small minded this website is. It seems everyone is about 10 years behind the actual current research. Yet at the same time itās the same people wondering why theyāre developing diabetes or heart disease or not losing fat etc.
For me itās not about āpersonal choiceā how can a something that has a victim be a choice we get to make?
Glad to see a vegan on here š
Edit: Im not sure why it says Iām 51. Iām 27, donāt have a clue how to work this site outLast edited by userYQHR3NVP5WX; 08-20-2021 at 09:45 AM.

Supplement B12.
B12 is made from cobalt, an element, which can't be created, not even by animals. The element is in soil. Animals and vegans can get cobalt by eating unwashed plants, but can get parasites that way too.
Modern cow farms harvest plants to give to cows. No dirt, no parasites, no B12. So they inject B12 into the cows.
You don't need meat to get B12. Just supplement it, same as the cows. Or eat some soil and risk parasites.
My stables are canned garbanzo beans, canned or frozen corn and peas, pressure cooked lentils, plant protein powder, natto;
Lots of fresh fruit, hulled sunflower seeds, fresh veggies especially tomatos;
Microwaved yellow potatos and sweet potatos. Variety is key.
Don't try to imitate the taste of meat. Learn to enjoy plant tastes. Guacamole.
Dishes are easier to clean without animal fat on them. You can just rinse them off unless you used cooking oil.
My food groups are fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, and beans.

the day after tomorrow you will be slim, as twenty years ago, find yourself someone younger and prettier, and ā goodbye! In this situation it is necessary to gently convince her husband that what you are doing is right, that you love him and go to the gym largely https://enrgifitness.com/fitness-is-not-scary/ for him and do not intend to go anywhere. Even better would be to get your spouse on your side and go to the fitness club together. This way you get rid of unnecessary jealousy, plus you will have one more thing in common.
