GRRRR Ya know Iam really getting tired of ya all Rippiing up on obese people..We all have feelings too you know.U t hink we asked to b this way?NO!!! Comming from a obese chick my self it was a very lonely world for me always being made fun of always being told iam Worthless ,and that i will never have anyone to love me ever again...It put me in a depressive state so bad i would of wanted to b dead instead of living like that.....So til u live in a Obese persons life stop ripping up on them we all r human and have our downfalls......

Why the hell would someone want to look starved? I am at 12% roughly and I am happy. Did you ever look at power lifters? they are huge but they are also strong as hell. I have changed to a power lifter routine for the past couple of years and let me tell you what it is fantasic to lift heavy weights.
