You quite literally claimed to be making enclosures from scratch ( i.e. starting from a sheet of metal ), and you're backing it up with that?

You built the "panel", not the "enclosure". The strawman is on your end since my position was not as bolded.

My position is that you haven't ever done what you professed to, and have revealed that by using terms that no one in the field would use.

You might not want to boast about doing stuff that you have revealed to be at most, a layperson of.

Keep dinking around with tiny panels on standalone machines - but you might want to eventually start working on real chit.

There is no need to be upset. If all you're capable of is building tiny panels on standalone machines, that's OK.

You're still a glorified tradie, but you have the potential to work on bigger projects in the future - hopefully under someone who actually knows what they are doing.

I would recommended learning the correct terminology in the meantime. Best of luck!
