Torn bicep post op

Hi I’m wondering if anyone speaking from experience can help me I’ve been cycling heavy for the last 2 years straight not long ago I suffered a complete rupture distil in my bicep I got the surgery within the three week period and now I’m just recovering my question is will sus 250 or any other gear help me recover quickly I’m about to start bpc 157 peptides but I was on sus 250 straight for 2 years and had to come off quickly after the injury so I’m very keen to jump back on before I completely loose all my test as I’m 40 years old has anyone here come back from a bicep tear on a cycle?
