She had gave her point that people did not live as long HUNDREDs and HUNDREDs of years ago
Sunscreen was invented in 1938
It was marketed as a product in the 1950s
Normalized in the 1990s from my memory
Early 90s I do not remember a big push for it. Late 1990s I can remember
Point is it is not a comparison between the 1700s and today**Black out tape over all laptop/cell phone cameras so gov cant spy on me fapping crew**

https://www.fda.gov/news-events/fda-...een-absorption
6 active ingredients absorbed into the bloodstream where they can remain for extended periods of time. No thanks. The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Never go full dogmatic, OP.
We know from experience that damage to the skin can occur as a result of prolonged sun exposure (especially in areas of the world where the sun can be intense). So, if you take your dogma glasses off, it should be clear that sun burn is an actual thing.
Having said that, you’re probably not wrong that sunscreen is not a good solution
to the problem. You will avoid sun burn but the flip side is absorbing all sorts of crap into your skin.
As is the case with almost everything in life, moderation is key. So, moderate your sun exposure kids.
