If true, then BBMG has the right to claim full Jewish status. Under Jewish law, if a child is born to a Jewish mother then the child is automatically Jewish regardless of the father's race.

Keep in mind that the mother has to be Jewish at the time of the child's birth. A mother can't just give birth, then undergo the process of converting to Judaism, and then claim her child is Jewish.. NOPE, it don't work like that.

Jews may or may not agree with this law, they may or may not like it, but NONE would deny that the child has the right to claim full Jewish status.

It's similar to Birthright Citizenship - if the child of some illegal migrant is born on US soil, that child is automatically a US citizen even if his parents are illegals... the law is the law....
