    Cold post workout

    I eat 1hr after workout. 4h after im cold enough to need external heat to reheat me. Whats going on here?

    Weird, if you got cold very soon after stopping multi hour workout I'd say you had used up your muscle glycogen stores and your liver isn't catching up as fast as it used to. I'd guess you're either pre diabetic or getting old (or perhaps both). I'm get pretty strong temporary body temperature dips after hard exercise if it's say: 4 hours+ exercise (and that never used to happen to me), in my case I think an effect of being older than I used to be. First time I ever saw it was aged 48, nowadays I work round it. Put on a thick jacket and eat a candy bar the second I stop. Works for me.

    But if this hits you 4 hours later following exercise, not 10 minutes later?? Now that's odd. Sorry but it could be so many things.. you need to see your doc and ask about that one.
