I just sobered up and started being active again and I am in pain all the time. I tried to go for a jog and my leg and heel was hurting, then I went kayaking and went to the gym and now my lower back is so sore I can barely bend over. Any tips? I already tried some stretches and foam rolling.

How do you deal with being sore all the time in your 30's?

That's my problem right knowing whether to fight through the pain or just accept that I'm not 22 anymore and rest more than I would have back when Big T Dawg was around here.
I have to say I just started my stretching routine today though so I do have a bit of hope that it will help if I'm consistent with it because a few years back I remember it helping.

Once I started injecting test those weird pains I was starting to get with age immediately diminished. I only get sore from the gym for maybe 1 day after. If my diet, sleep and hydration is on point, I may not even get sore at all. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

He takes dick both orally and anally, while fapping, resulting in ultimate trifecta to staying youthful. That's why f@gs usually always look young and like women. Catching the HIV keeps you youthful without the gay sex, which is why they chase the bug. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

The main contributing factor will be protein. Eat way more if it your doms will be much less.
Its easy to not get enough each day, You dont need ridiculous amounts like the misc would say but try to get over 150g per day. If you aim at about 200 g and fall short you will still be doing better than 90% of the people out there.
From food by the way, not protein powder. You can use it to add a bit more but the main focus should be food.
I was getting killed by doms and was taking like 5 -7 days off and still sore . Once I realized it was the protein I doubled my workouts with way less issues."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

I found out that following a modified version of the Carnivore diet greatly reduced inflammation and a lot of the dumb nagging pains went away for the most part...
Of course this is what works for ME... everyone responds differently to different things.
I also recently stumbled onto some all natural pills that actually worked to help in the inflammation department as well. Skeptical Hippo is always skeptical AF when it comes to "All Natural" anything but I can say that these actually make a noticeable difference. At the bare minimum I figured I had spent more money on dumber $hit in the past so what is there really to lose...

This. I'm 42 and my only issue is occasionally dealing with shoulder pain due to an injury I suffered in my late 20s. The rest of me still works just fine. Actually better since I started seriously lifting in my mid 30s. Diet is also pretty good which may have a lot to do with it.

Lol at being in your 30s, I can literally be your father, and I wouldn’t even be very young when you were born, I would be like a normal age father, I absolutely never feel any soreness or pain or BS that you guys are talking about, start eating a healthy diet, Generously supplement with high-quality correct supplements, lift weights, two or three times a week, stay reasonably active, and avoid bad habits, it’s so freaking simple,
Your diet should be very heavy in rare red meat, fish and eggs are next, as well as lamb, you should eat very little of anything else, and only in context, like if you feel like you need to power your workout or improve your sleep, Use a small amount of carbohydrates, if you enjoy vegetables and fruits include avocado, olive oil, organic spring mix, tomatoes, and berries in limited amounts in your diet, that’s it, throw in half a dozen supplements and you’re there, lots of water, make sure everything is organic and filtered and all that.
