Of course. I started working in a kitchen at age 13, and that when I started smoking cigarettes and drinking on the job. It's because I was taking smoke breaks with all the chefs who were in their 20s.

I'll just give 1 example for a roast chicken marinate it in olive oil some pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme or if you're making a beef stew a tablespoon of cumin makes all difference.

It has buckets of salt in it doesn't taste too salty because of the bucket of sugar it to as well
