Starship Troopers is also a great movie. Haven't watched that in 20+ years.

Homegirl from Tomorrow War as an absolute smoke show though and it’s a solid movie imo.



Pandorum is of a similar vein as these that’s also worth a watch.

This is one of the best re-watchable movies in my life.

I just have rewatched "Edge of Tomorrow" myself and noticed that the more times I watch it, the more it grows on me.

I'm looking forward to the sequel.

I watched "Independence Day: Resurgence (2016)" and I had a high hope but it was a disappointment, not a single character developed enough to identify with.

It was decent. Surprised you guys aren't crying about wokeness. Looks like it is working, and you are starting to just accept it. Good, good.

I just like the genre, sci-fi plus military operations against Alien invaders.

There's lesser known gem known as Coherence, which is basically about a massive number of intersecting multiple realities caused by an passing meteor or something. Imagine the quantum wave function having all possibilities smeared together in one reality before it can collapse.

I guarantee it will fck your mind six ways from Sunday. More of a mind fck than Primer. A good story can beat even the highest production values. The premise doesn't even need a massive budget or effects for the story to work its wonders.


I had to watch and re-watch videos explaining the events of the movie until I got it. Explanations, charts, diagrams.....it's all needed to grasp the concepts in the movie.

Z is ok, nothing great, but I've watched it 2 or 3 times now over the years (I rarely re-watch anything thats not good)

After the first few episodes, "The Expanse" grows on you.
