It's done comically, but human society was decimated and spread apart. Dude comes from upbringing of a psuedo-Religious cult that worships ancient technology and war. He knows all about fighting, guns and old technology (although it's shown even there, he's not super bright) but there simply was no reason to ever teach him sex education. Dude has the mind of a child when it comes to any of that.

I'm fairly resistant to woke bullchit, GirlBoss, anti-white, anti-men and those agendas. Fallout was pretty good and showcased arguably none of that. People trying to present it as woke are pushing, imo.
