Here's my day 1 pump. I hate taking locker room pictures cause there's too many old man wieners and I don't want them in my pictures.

Good amount of mass, but there's no real point of bulking with your current body fat. You're in the beginning stages of love handles. It's just going to make getting lean incredibly hard in the future, because it will take forever. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Strength up only went to the gym once this week. Was benching and was noticing others and realized how gay it is

Yah it’s weird at the gym people keep saying go to bodybuilding gym but those are probably gayer

Sick of benching and there’s a group of people next to me putting up 135 then they throw on 2 plates and they all spot one person trying to bench it

I’d rather hang with the cows tbh they just bellow at you and kinda smell but at least they don’t dress like ****s

That's exactly what I see all the time at the gym. I've been overhearing so many twinks with no muscle say things like "ya bro I lost so much mass during my cut" and "I'm trying focus on mind muscle connection that's why I'm only benching 1 plate". I don't know how much more I can take.
