Agree with all of this except point 6, I don't think Iran is going to retaliate, they know that Israel and the US are goading them similar to what Ukraine did to Russia

I think you're half right.They're going to retaliate in a way that doesn't really escalate things and is just for show. Probably a lot of empty fields being targeted.

One of the interesting tactics during the first Iranian attack may be the synchronized attack meaning that drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles arrive at the targets at the same time. Drones were launched first, cruise missiles followed several hours later, precisely timed to strike the targets app at the same time when drones arrived and above that, ballistic missile salvos, were launched the last, to attack the targets from almost vertical trajectories. A sheer number of multilevel strikes can easily overload the Israeli AD. Many drones will be lost but 20% will get through. 50% of the cruise missiles will get through and 75-80% of the ballistic missiles. In any case, it will be very hard for the joint Israeli & US defense supported by the Jordanians and a few British planes. In this confusion, friendly fire incidents are possible.

But politically it would be suicide for the current Israeli government to not take action for an attack on its territory by a foreign aggressor. They will have to take a tit for tat action against Iran or else the Netanyahu led government will collapse.
