I notice it on average, but i also see a lot more zoomers jumping on tren etc very young, and getting in ridiculous (and very unhealthy) shape when compared to other generationas as well.

And yeah, as above there has been a change in body standards and i think we look on the past with rose tinted glasses. People are for sure out of shape now, but go and watch the physiques of the older james bonds for example; vast majority of them would be considered skinny-fat or twink physiques today, but were considered good physiques in the 60s 70s etc.

Many do suck at lifting and suck at getting results, and many do it for social media clout, and the fitness industry is a complete mess now, but i don't know how any one who spends time in gyms can with a straight face claim that nobody lifts now, but appoarantly they did in 2013. The industry and revenue it moves has grown massively since 2013, and that's despite the huge derailment of covid for the gym industry.

From my perspective it appears as if an outside entity slowly started infiltrating our culture through ideological subversion decades ago. Slowly altering our reality and perception to weaken and turn us against one another all in the name of control.

I do not go to gyms anymore because 95% of the folks there don't lift seriously and the ones that get results are all on roids. I have a home gym I lift at.

What really pisses me off is when i see them train like pussies and then stare at the phone for ages, its like they cant wait to get through their set so that they can immediately check their socials. If i was built like that much of a pussy i’d be killing myself in the gym, i wouldnt even take my phone with me because i wouldnt want any distractions

Regarding when people ask this question - i dont even give them a legitimate answer because i know theyll just default back to their ways. I just say “stay consistent and youll get there”. But deep down i know they wont bc as you said they are pussies
