He was a former NFL linebacker and a true genetic freak. He was 6 foot 2 and 225 pounds lean and did mostly Calisthenics.

I did not state "didn't train with weights" ......I said "didn't train weights srsly"......what I meant was that he didn't train in a serious way like the other BodyBuilder Action stars.....or so that's what I read anyway, that he was not interested in pursuing BodyBuilding and didn't train weights in a srs way like the BodyBuilding Lifestyle of the timeOriginally Posted by Akd123
