- zero chance he gets a fair jury in NYC
- this is a felony and he could easily get jail time
- trial expected to last 2-3 weeks
- May 15 end date is way before the RNC convention
- It's generally understood the POTUS can't pardon state convictions

So.... if they pull of this scam and put him in jail, does the RNC still select him as the nominee? And if he wins while in jail... then what?

In the trial the banks said they independently verified his property values and had no problem with any of it. So both parties of a transaction were satisfied with the entire thing, and both parties experts in valuations of property.

I don't care whether you like Trump or not, that this even got to court is outrageous, the trial is outrageous, and the penalty handed down by the judge is outrageous.
