    Teenage son age 13 supplements

    My son is 13 and a decent size boy. He has been training in the gym with a trainer for over a year now. We have gotten the okay to use creatine along with his protein powder. We are looking for recommendations. Not looking for preworkouts or stims. He’s just looking to add some lean muscle mass.

    It is better to use vitamins only and omega-3.
