he is having a meltdown because the money is drying up, he should have invested in outside source like commercial real estate or something.

One thing I know is that Adsense and Pay per click model is unpredictable I saw so many youtubers from back in the day vanish due to youtube algorithim aka the people who run google decide not to promote them.

They pick and choose who they promote, you can see guys with 1.5 million subs who were poppin back in the day only get 5 to 10k views per video, they were making millions off adsense, now they are asking for donations to cash app or paypal
