Not gained much more muscle in years but I'm holding onto what I've got! 17 inches (cold flexed) at 170 pounds.
Workout most days and eat a good nutritious diet, feels great man, long may it last!

Nice, maintaining & staying injury free is definitely a good strategy - especially if you're also active outside of the gym.

Too true, It does require the right mindset to keep motivated when older but if you have that it's such a feel good factor. Still being able to do physical demanding stuff I was doing 40 years ago is great, Plus I like they way I look too, win, win situation!Originally Posted by SuicideGripMe
