It's entirely possible to be a Christian who lives in sin.

There is not believing in God as a concept, there is knowing about God yet denying that He's God, and then there's believing in God and being a sinner for whatever reason.

In the last example there could be any number of reasons for that a person that lives in that way and that's for God to judge not me or you - either way all humans are sinners.

IMO the only really fugged up option out of the three is the middle and that's to know that God is real and then to deny Him and deny that He is your God.

Some examples of people who know that Jesus is God but deny Him are lucifer and the fallen angels as well as humans who work with these spirits in witchcraft, occultism, including freemasonry.

The other two are usually just the result of culture, abuse, etc - whereas the satanic world view is to use your free will and knowingly deny God... and yes there are people like that out there and they run your country. Pure evil.
