    All I know is that when I incline bench my shoulder sounds like a Rusty door hinge....I dont like that much..

    tbf I have a feeling I am fatigued because I start my sessions with weighted dips now. But after doing sets of 4 plate dips I flat bench 275 for reps afterwards



    my incline is like working sets of 250 (fresh)



    But I have a feeling once my incline reaches 275 for working sets it won’t carryover to my flat bench at all

    Skullcrushers used to literally kill my elbows, now I do DB and ez bar skills heavy af and I feel nothing.

    That seems pretty even. Who cares if it carries over. If you're doing 275 for reps on incline that's mogger status. Speaking of which, did that dude who claimed 275x8 incline ever post a video?

    I’ll post it once I can get it for 5+ reps. Starting to realize that I don’t even need to go above 275 for reps since 405 flat is my goal.
