tbf I have a feeling I am fatigued because I start my sessions with weighted dips now. But after doing sets of 4 plate dips I flat bench 275 for reps afterwards
my incline is like working sets of 250 (fresh)
But I have a feeling once my incline reaches 275 for working sets it won’t carryover to my flat bench at all
