Vitamin A can be incredibly toxic if you're eating organ meat (liver) of a large animal and eating a large serving of it, but the amount of Vitamin A in an egg is almost negligible.

The ALDH detox pathway is regarding alcohol. This would mean if you eat eggs frequently, don't have alcohol around the same time. Vitamin A isn't "toxic." If you consume a crazy amount of any fat soluble vitamin for months on end (especially Vitamin E) it can have negative effects.

So:
-don't eat a dozen eggs every day,
-space out time between eating eggs (whites) and drinking booze
