im 15 ive been lifting for about 6 months now and I dont get sore. the first week of lifting I got sore real good but then never again. I do a ppl split 5/6 times a week 2 hours give or take per workout. ive put on 80 lbs from my original starting point of 95 lbs a good majority being muscle, but im never sore or fatigued. I could hit the same lift day after day and still not be sore or be any weaker the next day. im a type 1 diabetic if that makes any difference. all my buddies get sore as **** when they do my lifts so whats up?
