Something for airbnb guests? Makes sense somewhat.
But induction kinda irks me. I admit I haven't use many, but gas seems superior in every way

Easier to clean, no trivets or igniters to get dirty/ fail, no physical controls to clean/break, one less utility to have connected

I've never used one. You can technically use an induction hob with a pacemaker, if you are tall and careful enough, but why take the chance when you don't have to.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

Where I live I have to get gas bottles delivered. Add the fact that I would need to install lines (not that hard really), all electric is a no brainer for me.
You get a two bottle setup and switch over when you run out/call the guy to replace the empty one but fuk that. My induction stovetop heats chit super fast and is easy to clean, only drawback is it uses fuk loads of power and you need to make sure everything you buy iron in it i.e. solid aluminium doesnt work.
I cook over charcoal in a kamado outside a lot too and that > everything.01110011 01101000 01101111 01110010 01110100 01110101 01110010 01101100 00101110 01100001 01110100 00101111 01100110 01101111 01000101 01010011 00111000

I'm not a good cook by any means but I do cook my meals everyday lol
with induction besides the cleaning part it's faster and more predictable and even
with the gas stove I had to be in the direct vicinity at all times and check more often and it didn't heat all that even (center always more cooked - may be due to the pots and pans I used idk)
with the induction I can virtually cook by the clock since by now I know most of the meals I prepare
in other words I can disappear for x amount of time without an issue
also glad I got rid of the gasline running through the house tbh, now there is only a short pipe entering in the garage for heating
I bought all new pots and pans that mention they are suitable for induction (which is pretty standard over here anyways)
but as I already mentioned I'm not a good cook lol, don't really care all that much so for me this is way better than the old gas stove since convenience > all
don't want to spend more time in the kitchen than absolutely necessary+++ miscin' at work crew +++
