Most people with assets don't know how to leverage them. Their thinking is to pay it off and feel safe not making payments. In effect theyre just as bad off as someone with no assets.

Nah, I understand their mindset. The more chit you have the more problems you have to deal with. Even if your assets are just sitting, they still cost money to maintain (registration/taxes/insurance)

Not to mention, you can't take it with you when you die. A lot of people amass a bunch of stuff just to show off, when in the end (unless you have unlimited cash flow) its just a big headache.

-oh no, some scumbag is trying to squat in one of my properties thats clear across town. Now I have to take time out of my day to drive all the way over there, call cops and phuck around with the courts for 6 months to kick them out and hope they don't ransack the place in the process.
