To be fair, if the claims by the OP are true (untrained/unqualified people administering care/treatment without consent), it's a serious situation that should be investigated. Imo, those responsible should face professional and/or legal consequences.

This is legitimate projection. It's basically story-telling. He's telling you exactly what he's experienced. He's an unemployed autistic online role-player with deep-seated deviate/degenerate desires that he cannot control. Hence his online RPG.
