Assuming not trolling
They're all crucial maintenance items:
Brake fluid is hygroscopic & really should be replaced every few years, once it starts turning dark yellow/brown it's time to change it, otherwise it can ruin your brake components & rust out your lines over time
8.5/10 importance but can be put off to a later point this year
Cooling system is very similar; you don't want to gum up your engine or cooling system components with old fluid
9/10 importance; get it done this year
Timing belt if yours is a V6 engine; do it as soon as possible, if that rubber belt snaps it will destroy your $10,000 engine guaranteed, the belt keeps your engine mechanically in time
If it's the 4 cylinder engine; you can put off replacing the chain for a while longer, they're generally much more resilient than the rubber belts
10/10 importance
Spark plugs, just leave em until you develop a misfire, it can wait*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*

There's no way they're doing all of that for $500, the timing belt alone would be a $1000 job because it takes literally all day
Since you have a timing chain that part can wait
Get the fluids flushed & consider doing the spark plugs to ensure you have no issues this summer
Keep your engine oil changed, do not go over 5K miles; I don't care what anyone else tells you*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*

Those prices are pretty good if that is what they are quoting you. I would just get all 3 if they never been done on a 10 year old car.
If you want to cheap out then the coolant is the easiest to do yourself. the brakes is doable but a pain in the ass and the timing belt, well if you have to ask what it is, you will never be doign that job yourself.🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022

There's no shop that is replacing a timing belt +.those other services for only $800. 5k for a 2012 Honda w/only 100k is a pretty good deal. You're obviously a cheap guy, do you plan on buying another vehicle after you sell it? If you're tripping about $800 no way you'll be able to maintain a newer vehicle.

Unless the water pump or something else fails first he could easily get to 110k with that timing belt, especially since it's a Honda Accord. If we were talking an American manufacturer, Chrysler/Stellantis (would have been destroyed by now), BMW/VW, etc., I wouldn't be as confident.

You don't have to do a full replacement and flush of your brakes or coolant. You can partially drain and refill your radiator just do it once every two years or so instead of waiting for 100k miles. Same with brakes, you don't have to fully bleed them all at once. You can just bleed the reservoir down halfway and refill.
Timing belt is the only thing there that you can't easily do yourself in your spare time, and if you are in there might as well see if you can get a 2 for 1 on a new water pump and save on the labor charge. Spark plugs can be super simple or very difficult depending on where they are located.

Its worth it.
cars need some maintenance and cheaping out is the quickest way to have more issues.
IThink of the alternative. You could buy another car which will obviously cost a ton of money or pay this price and get another 50-100k miles out of it.
Even if it only lasted 50k more miles thats like 5 years. Small price to pay when you think about it."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
