I believe that I do- it's a skill that I developed through years and years of the rough life.

I usually do some kind of exercise before breakfast. I feel pretty crappy every morning due to health-history of advance-stage cancer...lots of aches and pains and other annoying health irritations.....have hypothyroidism, lung/heart damage from the treatment among other things as example......and I was up at 4am this morning, first the morning prayer/meditation and then the exercise......so it takes some discipline to do that
it's a weird thing though....like a feeling of poor circulation......and if I don't move the body then I will suffer for that....but when feeling unwell it takes a lot of mental stuff to force myself to start the procedure of sorting myself out....so I need to move to get the system moving....bloodflow to joints/bones....digestive system going, all that.....but it's hard to get started......I don't know, I just get going, one foot in front of the other.....and people who do not know my health history are shocked when learning about it because I look pretty regular...well perhaps a little ABOVE AVERAGE due to my Smartsize 5'5" which the ladies really seem to find irresistible :P

you have me beat on the "good nutritional habits".....I do take in plenty of the good stuff but can't quit the SWEET TOOTH, the Comfort Foods, or the drink....but I do practice portion control in both food and drink....as example VERY RARELY do I have 3 drinks and most of the time it's 1 or 2 and not every day.....food is always portion control and always something healthy to balance the not-so-healthy
