Probably the assumption that they might spread STI's and/or hurt people/lie just to get sex?
If they're just keeping to paid sex or other promiscuous and willing partners, I don't think people care all that much.

They're all degenerate behaviors and people who can't control them are weak. If people seek help for any of it I respect them, but if they keep doing the same things and don't do what needs to be done to control their behaviors I have no sympathy. I have a couple alcoholics/drug addicts in my family that I haven't spoken to in years. At a certain point their behavior just keeps harming others and you have to cut them out.

There are lots of sex addicted women as well, it's just okay if they go out to bars and bang random dudes all the time. Men have to work harder at their addiction.
