Liquor stores were open, but you had to show proof of vaccination to purchase anything over here. I cant speak for the rest of the states but this definitely happened in WA.
As for the vaccines, yes they were in short supply at the start of the plandemic but it didn't take long for the government to start pushing it on to everybody else regardless of age, even to the extent of making it a requirement of employment in most places. Dunno where you have been living, but I want to move there next time this happens (and it most likely will)
