Focus more on your diet. don't lose hope. Sometimes it may take time, but be loyal and constant to your health and diet. Keep your body flexible and active. you have to do some exercise too. once you are habitual to it, you can set a diet and workout plan. do cardio. drink plenty of water and less meat. focus more on veggies and fruits.
