    Gaining fat is much faster, easier and fun, like riding a bicycle down a hill after a long climb. Just not fun when you have to climb again. Far easier to maintain than climb. Good habits are not enough to lose weight. You have to eat less than the maintainers.

    Focus more on your diet. don't lose hope. Sometimes it may take time, but be loyal and constant to your health and diet. Keep your body flexible and active. you have to do some exercise too. once you are habitual to it, you can set a diet and workout plan. do cardio. drink plenty of water and less meat. focus more on veggies and fruits.

    Ya, I have heard about this sport named mallakhamb and have seen some videos of it. it does help in weight loss. and this sport is amazing.
