First generation legal immigrants from all countries/continents, Africa included, that have zero generational wealth, are able to somehow live impoverished but not have the issues that black Americans have. Their crime rate is significantly lower that black Americans. Why is it that legal immigrants who are poorer and less integrated commit significantly lower crime than black Americans? Again, slavery and Jim Crowe are not excuses because first and second generation immigrants have proven that you can be poor and not commit crime at high rates.
