A communist sees a billionaire and thinks "No one should live that way." A capitalist sees a billionaire and thinks "Everyone should live this way." Only one point of view is realistically possible due to resource constraints. The other is a rejection of material reality for blind idealism. Which is the one that is unrealistic and dreaming?
To embrace this system that funnels so much wealth to a few "private individuals", while leaving the rest bereft of anything is inherently unjust and more importantly, unsustainable. It is worsened by the tie to democracy, which is so intrinsically easily manipulated by money. We do not live in a democracy of the people, but rather one of amoral and selfish business interests.
