Please help. Losing weight and losing hope but not losing my belly pouch. I just want a flat stomach. Idk if it's just genetics/body structure or if I'm doing something wrong. No gym membership, no coach, no friend, just self and internet. Need advice on diet and workout.

Body fat%: no idea, upper body image attached
Calories: more or less 2000 kcal (I think this is a deficit)
Protein: more or less 150g
Carbs: more or less 180g
Fat: more or less 80g
Workout: HOME WORKOUT (DUMBBELL ONLY) around September 2023; sticked to Midas Majin Buu youtube PPL program (progressive overload) from December 2023 until now 3-6 times a week + HIIT sometimes + pretty active lifestyle

Get yourself a personal trainer. You can find some in social media , but be carefull, ots of scams on those platforms these days. So far i had a good experience with the wave auction customer service, they helped me to purchase couple of things which i needed and to get a good deal. Auctions are a little different from the marketplaces of course, still you can get there some things cheaper than in the regular shops.
