Paid 39k for a 2018 f150 with 25k miles. Basically brand new...certified pre-owned with warranty.

That was in 2021. Same truck now is about 65k new.

Yeah brand new dodge rams used to be 30000. Now they are 80. I got a maxi a with 26000 miles on it for 16000. It got totaled and they paid it off and gave me 10 grand more. The same car went up a bit but I used that money to get another one with the same miles and price

I was tempted to buy a new American pickup since they had deep discounts below MSRP in my area, but even then I ended up buying a used car and decided to keep my old pickup. Maybe one day I buy a new car if I plan to keep it for years, but I doubt that'll bee anytime soon.

I always get confused when someone says their vehicle is so reliable. It's a 2020 with 70k miles it's brand new. Reliability doesn't really come into play until 200-300k miles and above. Literally any car at 70k miles shouldn't have an issue. The ones that do are very rare.

They are NOT more luxurious. A perfect Example is how you can't get a vehicle as luxurious as a 221.4" inch long wheelbase 2011 Lincoln Town Car with air ride suspension for even $100,000 in 2024.
The lack of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness are a true sign of luxury.
The best way to see which of 2 cars is more luxurious is two answer a simple question.
Which one of them is closer to a brand new fully loaded extended wheelbase Rolls Royce Phantom.
