Unhappy Why are my arms so small? 15M 165lbs

First post. My chest, legs and lats are well-developed, but my arms seem to be lagging behind. My arms are 13 inches.
I've been training them adequately, or so I've thought.
    Any advice?

A lot of guys lack size on their arms because they lack overall mass. Another issue tends to be poor exercise choice or excessive volume taking the place of good effort and work. For skinny arms, I highly recommend hammer curls (2-3 sets of 8-10 reps) and heavy close-grip bench press (5 sets, getting progressively heavier to a top set of 5 reps). This combined with dips and chins is all you need at your stage.

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
