Given your thread title, that would mean they're wearing out 1850 times faster....
I understand running from an ideological base, but commonsense also must come into it, yes?

You are comparing EV tires wearing out to tires on vehicles with gasoline engines wearing out. The article is comparing EV tire particle pollution vs the pollution coming out of the gasoline engine tailpipe. The exact wording is in the thread title and the article. I can't help it you don't get that...Well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory...pause

Lol.
Scam.
I feel like most accepted thought over the last decade has been a scam or con-game but before that I feel the game was more balanced, I feel like the world is out of balance, I'm not talking about what group runs the world but the current world energy.
I can feel it and it feels bad, like something big is about to happen and I don't think it will be for the benefit of the majority, I wish you guys luck(srs).I: Self, Lord and Master.

"Emission" being from a tailpipe. Yes.
However, things like brakes do emit particles. The article is true...literally...that brakes emit as much as a modern engine. But so do the brakes on a car with that modern engine. You've just eliminated the combustion engine on an EV.
It's sort of a testament to how efficient exhaust systems and modern combustion engines have become that the braking systems produce the same amount of pollution.MFC
