I think Dr. Layne Norton PhD talked about it one time. They all have similar building blocks chemically, so at the end of the day youre a giant biological engine that breaks them all down. You eat more calories than you burn, you will gain wait.
However, as a said, if you each 2000 calories of big macs a day, sure you will slowly lose weight, but it comes with a whole host of other "issues" that eating 100% processed food will cause.MFC

Ye I’m just looking at the two meals alone
Also I think I found a glitch in CICO. What happens if after you eat all your meals for the day you wake up during the night and eat a bunch of dextrose(not regular sugar) to fill your muscles up with glycogen then back to sleep and wait 6 hours to eat breakfast?
Theoretically you would be going over your calorie limit but there would be absolutely no way to gain fat from pure dextrose carbs alone 6 hours before your first meal
Dextrose alone with nothing else added can’t turn into fat it’s impossible, you’d have to be overfilled on muscle glycogen which is hard if not impossible to doLast edited by gesten; 03-06-2024 at 11:55 AM.
