Long story I was 245lbs and am down to 195lbs with some diet mod and lots of exercising. Took a while but got there. I’d like to do a small diet modification was wondering any recommendations.
Current diet
Breakfast
2 pop tarts and a glass of milk
Or
2 toaster strudels, and milk
Lunch
Tyson chicken nuggets and some popcorn or Fritos
Then glass of milk and Hershey bar
Dinner
Either a half a red Baron pizza or spaghetti n sauce Drink is water
Desert glass of milk and some Mnms or a candy bar.

I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.
