Going to do belt squats, leg press, ham curls, and some bicep work this evening... I like training legs and biceps on the same day.

I would recommend avoiding the leg extension machine. One of the functions of your hamstrings is to stabilise your knees when using your quads. The mechanics of the leg extension machine prevent your hams engaging and therefore not acting to stabilise the knee.
Some people are fine with it and some are not. If you have a history of knee issues, I would stay away from it.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
