Hi guys, I only have access to dumbbells and I really want to build some size. I'm 5'10, 159lbs.
Could you please point me in the direction of a suitable muscle building dumbbell only routine for a beginner.

3 Days a Week:
Day 1: Upper Body Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Overhead Press
Dumbbell Flyes
Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
Day 2: Lower Body & Core
Dumbbell Squats or Goblet Squats
Dumbbell Lunges
Dumbbell Deadlifts
Dumbbell Calf Raises
Plank (Hold for time)
Day 3: Upper Body Pull (Back, Biceps)
Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Reverse Flyes
Dumbbell Bicep Curls
Hammer Curls
Dumbbell Shrugs
