I'm getting my protein quota. It has omega 3s in it. I'm on a bulk. Also I'm taking a multivitamin.

It depends on the cookie dough brand. From a glenohumeral standpoint, Nestle offers the highest bioavailable and supraphysiological ATP response. That being said, it is common practice to allow your cookie dough to "settle" as absorbtion rates seem to be highest at temperatures between 70 and 80 degrees F.

New Shanghai Log!
"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

Eating only cookie dough for your fat and carbs isn't the best idea, even if you're meeting your protein quota and it contains omega-3s. While it might be tempting during a bulk, your body needs a variety of nutrients from different food sources to function optimally. Relying heavily on cookie dough can lead to nutritional imbalances and might miss out on essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber found in whole foods. Plus, the sugar content in cookie dough can lead to energy spikes and crashes. It's great you're taking a multivitamin, but real food provides other important benefits that supplements can't fully replace. For a healthy bulk, try to include diverse sources of carbs and fats like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats.

There are a lot of recipes for healthier cookie dough on the web. You can pick your macro sources and ratios, flavors and add-ins. Make a big batch and freeze it as individual nutrition bombs. Many recipes include raw egg, so that one is up to you, use a pasturized egg product if you are concerned. Prepackaged cookie dough usually has a lot of junk you don't need and less nutrition per calorie. Vanilla whey protein, almond butter, dark chocolate chips and your preferred sweetener is an easy way to start. Mix the ingredients well and add the protein until you get a very firm dough. Roll into a log wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for a few hours. Slice into cookie portions and freeze in a ziplock freezer bag.
