    how much of your natural potential have you reached?
    what did your doctor say?

    Not a physique competitor but hope to compete in powerlifting next year. Max bench 1RM with pause 160kg. 352lbs.

    Testosterone 200-500mg a week for 8-12 weeks depending on your personal risk assessment.

    Steroids are NOT to be taken lightly no matter what any bro says. So do it right if you’re gonna do it and read as many resources about it as you can before you start to keep your health. I’d recommend you don’t do it ever. I’ve never done it and no hate to those that do.
