Set the pins in the squat rack mid-shin or use some blocks about 9” high.
Instead of gripping the bar with your hands, use the crooks of the elbows, Zercher style.

I did 245 yesterday pretty quick.
Added a 10 for 255 and it was a grind.
Back is stacked and juicy.
This was the 2nd time I’ve done these.
Anyone got the drive to go outside your comfort zone or are you content, LOL.........
