Not sure exactly what did it. Appeared a few days after we set up the leg press and the Hammer Strength row machine. Two huge pieces of equipment we had to get down the stairs. Must have banged up my arm a bit in the process; I have another one on my forearm. Walls got scuffed up nicely too, which is disappointing everything was painted perfectly before we moved in.
New home gym is phukken legit. It's more than twice the size of the space in my old house.Insta: flexjs

Looking good, Flex. For some reason I thought you were in that 6-1, 6-2 range for height all these years. You are more like my height (checked your profile), maybe even a bit shorter than me

That’s totally bad ass . Thing I found out is there’s never enough room lol . Mirin your new dumbbell hooks . They look more refined than the ones I use , and waiting to hear your review .
I went to a metal shop and got a round piece of steel bar cut to use on my rack , as my dumbbell hangers were scratching the chit out of my rogue bars.
And I’m still jelly af that you found that used leg pressMake Misc great again

jelly af of the HS iso row. Prob the 1 piece of equipment I miss the most from commercial gyms.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I have a huge stainless steel dog dish filled with chalk.
Everyone always think I'm 6' 2". It's hilarious. I think I was 5' 11" when I was younger but gravity is a bitch.
In general I think single purpose machines are a poor investment for home gyms but I saw that on FB Marketplace and I had to have it. They are $USD 4,500 new and I got it for $CDN 1,900 lightly used but you'd never know it. Absolutely perfect condition.
I am in Canada. I got it for $2,100 no tax paid cash. Then I saw a post in the equipment section a guy got the identical machine for $USD 999 including shipping. LMAO we get so ****ed here on everything.Insta: flexjs
